Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about how TortFlow handles your health information, privacy, and data rights.

What is the Client Access Portal?

The Client Access Portal is a secure, mobile-friendly application that allows you to connect your health records from your healthcare providers, review your case status, and receive updates from your legal team.

You access the portal on your mobile phone using a PIN code provided during enrollment. From there, you can manage your health record connections, view case updates, and adjust your preferences at any time.

How do I revoke my consent?

You can revoke your consent at any time. Here is exactly how:

  1. Open the Client Access Portal on your mobile phone.
  2. Sign in using your PIN code.
  3. Open the side menu and tap Settings.
  4. Tap Revoke Consent.
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Once you revoke consent, TortFlow will immediately stop collecting your health information and delete your health records from our systems. Revoking consent does not affect information that was already used for your case prior to revocation.

How are my medical records collected?

After you enroll and verify your identity, TortFlow retrieves your medical records from participating healthcare providers through the TEFCA health information exchange.

Can I see my own records?

Yes. You can view your health records through the Client Access Portal at any time and even get insights using our health-powered AI.

Are there any fees or costs to me?
